1.- What's a String Quartet?

A String Quartet is a group of 4 instruments: 2 violins, a viola and a cello. Lots of music from classical to Pop can be arranged for String Quartet.

2.- How can I select the music I want?

The Liverpool String Quartet have a really big repertoire of music for your celebration. From Bach and Elgar to The Beatles, including the most famous and beautiful soundtracks in the history of the cinema...but if you want any special music played for you, ask for it!

3.- How far will you travel?

The Liverpool String Quartet is based in Liverpool. Although most of our engagements are in the northwest of England, there is no limit to the distance we will travel. Please ask us for a quotation if the event is not in the northwest.

4.- How would you dress for my wedding?

Normally we wear dinner jackets,  but we can wear black or coloured shirts, dark suits... You decide!

5.- What are your fees for 2 hours reception?

We charge £500 for an engagement of up to 2 hours, including all costs. After 2 hours we charge £50 for every half an hour.

6.- How many breaks do you take?

We take 5 minutes break every hour.
